Contracts were executed with Thompson Engineering in late December 2004 with construction beginning immediately to build a 106,660 SF aluminum fabrication and launch facility. The facility includes a ridge frame metal building consisting of two main fabrication bays with a mezzanine between the bays and a 504 LF sheet pile/relieving platform bulkhead system
