Rob’t J. Baggett worked directly for the Construction Managers, Bohnert Construction, to convert the existing Pier A South Warehouse to a reefer warehouse with blast freezers. Our responsibilities included selective demolition, structural repairs, new insulated concrete slabs on grade, site work with site utilities and construction of two-story office complex located inside the warehouse.
